Tomato and Basil Tortillas

Our new favorite container for sandwich fixings lately is Maria and Ricardo's Tomato and Basil tortillas. They remind me of the sundried tomato bagels Rob and I used to eat when we lived in Maryland (where they sell real bagels, the Midwest cured us from our bagel addiction since we have no decent bagels). Love at first bite.
Perfect with baked tofu (baked with hot sauce this time), black beans, garlicky kale, and avocado.
Don't forget the roasted beets and hibiscus tea to round out the lunch.

This sounds good. Been looking for a good vegan tortilla in the C-U area for awhile. Where did you buy these?

Andy, I know you can get some (I think only the white flour ones, sadly) at Common Ground Co-op. We order them through our buying club, but I know you can do special orders through Common Ground as well. There might be other places, but we primarily shop at the co-op. They are also organic (at least the ones we buy).
