Stir Fry, Strumming, and Swimming

Still summer temps today so we all had naps, Rob and Josie had fun strumming and singing,
Rob made an awesome brown rice stir fry with mushrooms, yellow cauliflower, and asparagus from Saturday's farmer's market,
and more swimming. I hope you all are staying cool!

I need to get some video of Josie singing and playing the guitar. It is quite funny, but she takes it very seriously. Poor Dema never gets a chance to practice without her joining in.

Swimming is the best cardio exercise in summer as it regulate body temperature and helps in losing body weight. Swimming makes heart and lungs strong and prevent from major disease also.
