What We've Been Sippin'

We love our tea in this house, but just like hot sauce we all have our opinions and preferences. While we stay true to our favorites, we (mostly me) are always looking for new teas to try. Here are some teas we've been sippin'. I bought them all locally at Walnut Street Tea Co. I have to admit I hadn't been in this cute little shop since my mom died (soon to be ten years). It made me think of her and I buy most of my tea at Common Ground Co-op, Strawberry Fields, or World Harvest, but my friend Julia has a tea business and some of her tea is now sold locally at Walnut St. so I bought some of her tea there around the holidays.  It is my new favorite place to shop for something to sip.
Bingley's Red Hot Mamas (for me, of course), Bingley's Irish Breakfast (for Rob, he is happy to now have a strong tea that keeps him from inhaling coffee all day), bulk Hibiscus Tea, Stash Organic Chai Black and Green Tea (my first tea in the morning, once in a while I add some unsweetened soy milk, but really love it without to), and Josie's new favorite Republic of Tea's Straw-Cherry that came with a new little tea set she's had her eye on since her birthday in September.

What have you all been sippin' lately?

Thanks for sharing your favorite teas! It's fun to be introduced to some new ones. My favorite tea is Rooibos. It has a sweet, full quality with no need for sugar or non-dairy milk. It's caffeine free and high in antioxidants.
