Lovely, all of it. Might have to whip up some of those cutlets with the girls. Looks like a job they'd love to get in on and the sandwich looks delicious!
They are very good! We leave out the lemon zest and do use the garlic. I usually bake them, but they are better fried (isn't everything?) which we did with this batch. Great with mashed potatoes and gravy too, but we are out of everything since I haven't been to the co-op in over a week.
